About Autotech Controls
Autotech Controls is a company specializing in the supply of solutions for the automotive industry, but the solutions offered by the company are used in other sectors. Autotech is part of the American AVG Group, bringing together brands such as EZA Automation and Uticor. The group was founded in 1975 and since that time has introduced to the US market over 500 innovative products. Its customers include companies such as Ford, GM, P&G, IBM and Kraft. Autotech Controls has two technical centers responsible for research, development, and production, one in Carol Stream, Illinois and Bettendorf, Iowa. Almost all the products are designed and manufactured in the USA. Autotech Controls products are renowned for their reliability, innovation, and extremely high resistance to electrical interference. Autotech Controls products
The first in the range of devices is the most famous Autotech Controls product which is a programmable limit switch (PLS). strong> Autotech Controls offers several versions of the PLS switch, among which you can find models such as the M1020/25, M1050 series (including M1050A, M1051-R10, M1052) M1150/51, M1500, M1950 I2 PLS and M8250. It also offers its latest solution used for servicing of all mentioned here PLS switches called TouchPLS touch screen. strong> PLS switches can also be part of the sophisticated monitors that control the operation of presses. Customer, depending on the needs, can choose from among several monitors offered by Autotech Controls, and they include tonnage monitor M1030-E, die protection monitor M1200 or a complete control program for a single die M2020. The next items in the Autotech Controls offer are resolvers (RL100, RL101, RL210) available in enclosures with a few sizes (size 11, 25 and 40), single-turn, geared single-turn, in an explosion-proof and submersible enclosure. Lack of internal electronics characterizes these resolvers. They are brushless, resistant to high-temperature differences and equipped with shielded cables resistant to noise. Regarding movement measurement Autotech Controls has in its portfolio a choice of incremental and absolute rotary encoders, offered as resolvers in 3 sizes (size 11, 25 and 40) that support Profibus or SSI. The latest solution from the list of encoders is based on resolvers DigiSolvers (available in two sizes 25 and 40), processing analog signal from brushless resolver into a digital signal through a built-in ratiometric tracking converter. DigiSolvers are available in three configurations, as single-turn, geared single-turn and multi-turn). There is a full range of dedicated decoders for reading data from resolvers in the form of models DM2, DM7, M1890-S, M1890-R, M1150-M10, M1151, as well as M8000 and M8350.
Autotech Controls also offers compact devices such as SmartPower™ Power Supplies mounted on a DIN rail, remote displays RD180 and RD360, speed switches (PS111, PS112, PS119, PS127, QS132-134) and DeviceNet scanner module.
