Branson Ultrasonics – An American company which started its activities in the year 1946. In 1984, Branson increased its potential and development opportunities by becoming a part of the Emerson Electric Corporation (Division – Emerson Industrial Automation). Today, the company employs more than 1600 employees in 70 centers around the world, so that it is able to quickly respond to the needs of both local and global customers. From the very beginning of its activity Branson Ultrasonics has been the market leader in the design and manufacture of equipment used in joining the plastic components. They apply various welding technologies like ultrasonic welding (product series 2000, 2000x, 2000Xc, DCX generators or LPX hand welders), vibration welding (HyLine linear welding machines, M624H/L, Mini II, VW4O-2 orbital welder, GVX welder, CVT (Clean Vibration Technology) – M624HRi welding machine), laser welding (Radiance 3G and 3I system), hot plate type welding (HV series , HH), infrared welding (welding machines IR 170/80 Si, IL 60/40), and a centrifugal welding so called spin (SW-300 welder).
The process of ultrasonic welding is also successfully used in joining metal materials by standard welders (Ultrasplice40, 2032S), non-ferrous metal welders (MWX-100, a L20 Ultraweld), seam welders (MWX-100, Ultraseam 20), and welding machines for sealing systems (30, 40, the Ultraseal 20). Branson is also a leader in providing equipment for precision ultrasonic cleaning using the latest technologies for water, semi-water, seam and dissolvent environment. A wide range of Bransonic series ® (CPXH/CPX, IC-1.216, IC-1.62, B200, B3, S7000, DHA-100) enables you to meet all customer specifications in the field of precision cleaning.
Building on the experience in ultrasound technologies, Branson also provides the latest solutions with regard to the processing of liquid used in laboratory experiments and research. Introducing the Sonifier product line, Branson Ultrasonics offers a wide range of digital (SLPe family and S-250D and S-450D models) and analog (S-250A and S450A models) cell disrupters.
